Jack Hines, BS Agriculture

Jack has a B. S. degree in Agriculture which has helped him greatly during his 30+ years as a sales and marketing executive in the Wholesale Nursery and Greenhouse industry. He developed and deployed sales and marketing programs unique to this industry throughout the Western United States. Jack used his expertise and experience to strategically grow low volume territories into multi-million dollar ones. Jack gained and honed his leadership and management skills while managing a multi-location, 200+ unit outlet of the Ford Rent-A-Car system. He was an integral part of running the leasing facility while simultaneously managing the sales force. Jack's volunteer work includes over 10 years managing and coaching Little League Baseball and Softball. As one of the first Graduate-Members of The Intentional Life™ Program, Jack joined Intentional Achievements™ as Director of Member Enrichment. His purpose, passion and vision is to help the Graduate-Members of all IA™ programs to always live life “With and On-Purpose.” He will create and lead special programs that will keep the IA principles alive within them instead of just becoming another “dusty book” in their bookcase.
