Gloria Hildreth, BA Management
Gloria has 15+ years of experience with a variety of experiences in credentialing in education and medical fields; worked with senior management handling all areas of responsibilities of office management, human resources, project management, policies and procedures and event planning. In addition to her role as Director of Organizational Readiness, Gloria has a Certificate in Industrial Relations and a Certificate in Total Quality Tools Training. She has worked on many special and ad hoc projects and new department startup operations in the education, public, private, and non-profit sectors. Gloria has a passion for life long learning – as seen in her pursuit of both formal and informal education and training. In addition to learning and being a great communicator, she enjoys sharing her knowledge with others as an accomplished coach and mentor.
